All shipping is done within 24-48 hours of your order being processed. You will receive notifications via email as the entire transaction is being completed.

Insurance is included on all shipments at no charge.

Ellacinder's Store Return Policy

Exchanges or store credit ONLY for returns. Products must be in original condition and be returned with the Ellacinders register receipt within 30 days of the purchase. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from amounts over $50, excluding tax.

PLEASE NOTE:

Assembly defects and shipping damages will be corrected and returned or replaced by an entirely new item.

No returns will be accepted for the following items:

1) Wire, Chain, Cord or any other custom-cut material.
2) Opened packages of sealed products such as beading thread or wire, needles, seed beads, or any other items measured by length or weight.
3) Pennsylvania law prohibits the return of finished earrings and earring components for public health reasons.
4) Any finished jewelry which has been worn or any other item that clearly looks used.
5) Any Consignment item. Customer may request information to contact Consignee directly.
6) Left-over beads or components less than the original amount indicated on the receipt.
7) Any SALE item.
8) Any special-order product.
